Cancellation & Appointment Policy Here at NuBginNs Natural Hair & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. We simply ask that you respect your stylist’s time by providing adequate notice when changing or canceling an appointment. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least **24 hours in advance**. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of **25% of the scheduled service total**. **Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows** Same-day cancellations and missed appointments without notice may be charged **50% of the scheduled service total**. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. **Late Arrivals** Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to modify or reschedule their service to avoid affecting the next client. If the appointment must be rescheduled because of a late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply. **Deposits** When a deposit is required, it is applied toward your service total. Deposits are **non-refundable**, but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. **Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances** We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
